I made this
tutorial with PSP 9, but it can
also be done
with PSP 7 or 8
1.
Open your image -
choose 2 colour a light and a
dark colour

Image - Add
Borders - 1 pix - colour white -
select with your
Magic Wand - Effects - Plugins -
Flaming Pear -
Superblade Pro -
select the Preset from the Zip
File.

Selections -
Invert - Effects - Plugins -
Eyecandy 4000 - Cutout - with
this settings.
Selections -
Select None

Image add Borders
- 1 pix - with your dark colour

Image Add Borders
- 2 pix - colour white -
Select with your
Magic Wand - Effects - Plugins -
FlamingPear
Superblade Pro -
use the same preset.

Borders - 5 pix - select and
fill with your dark colour
Effects - 3D
Effects - Inner Bevel with this
settings.

For Bedrock Color
use your light Color
